Investiture Ceremony 2023

Leaders are not born but are made by their experiences in life. To inculcate the leadership qualities in the students a school prefectorial board was formed after interview and voting sessions.
The Investiture Ceremony 2023-24 of Hindustan International School, Padur successfully inducted the newly elected and selected members of the school’s prefectorial board on 24 June 2023. The ceremony was presided over by the Principal, Mrs. Susan George, Chief Guest, Dr Alexander Jesudasan, the Pro-Vice chancellor of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Rev. Justin Jose, Student Chaplain.
The ceremony commenced with the marching of the Student Council members led by our honourable Chief Guest, Principal and Student Chaplain of our institution.
Rev Justin Jose graced the occasion with a prayer to the Lord Almighty and blessing of the sashes and badges.
The Principal, Ms Susan George marked the beginning of the investiture ceremony with her motivational speech to the student leaders and the gathering. It was indeed a proud moment for the school and she also announced the opening of the various clubs which will be inaugurated soon.
The School Choir presented a resoul stirring, inspirational song which was followed by the introduction of the newly elected Student Council members.
The elected leaders were conferred with badges and sashes by honourable Principal and the Chief Guest
The Head Boy, Harshavardhan, along with the elected members took the oath to hold the school motto ‘Live, Learn, Lead in high esteem.The School Counsel promised to uphold the ethos and values of our prestigious institution and work as a team to take the school to greater heights.
The Chief Guest Dr Alexander Jesudasan congratulated the newly elected Student Council members and wished them to solemnly take their duties and responsibilities with utmost dedication and diligence. He motivated the members of the student council to keep up the good spirit despite all the obstacles and challenges that life brings in front of them.
The Head girl, Iniya, delivered the vote of thanks. The event concluded with the National Anthem.
