Intra school Volleyball and Throwball Tournament

The 1st Intra school Volleyball and Throwball Event was held at Hindustan School, Padur, on Sept 9, 2023. It marked an exciting and competitive day of sportsmanship, and talent display. The event was a grand success, with enthusiastic participation from all three schools of Hindustan.

The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Ragul, a National Volleyball Player, who served as the chief guest. His presence added prestige to the occasion and inspired the young players with his words of wisdom and encouragement.

Volleyball Competition: The boys’ volleyball tournament showcased incredible athleticism and teamwork. The participating teams displayed exceptional skills and spirit throughout the tournament. After intense matches between Padur and Karapakkam, HIS Padur volleyball team emerged as the champions, showcasing their dominance in the sport.

Throwball Competition: In the throwball competition, the level of enthusiasm and sportsmanship was equally high. The teams from all three schools exhibited outstanding coordination, agility, and determination. After a series of closely contested matches, HIS Padur throwball team emerged victorious, earning the title of champions.

In the volleyball and throwball tournaments had HIS Padur emerge as the overall winners, while Hindustan Karapakkam School secured the position of runners-up. The distribution of prizes was conducted by the chief guest, Mr. Ragul who was accompanied by the school’s Principal, Ms. Susan George.

The Intra school Tournament success can be attributed to the unwavering commitment of our Physical Education faculty and all other staff members, as well as the hard work of our students who earned their place in the finals.
