International Yoga Day at Padur

International Yoga Day was celebrated by the Students and Teachers of Hindustan International School, Padur on 21st June 2019. Students demonstrated various Asanas and few Warm-up exercises were taken. The importance of these Asanas was explained simultaneously. The celebration concluded with the speech by our Principal. She encouraged the students to practice regular yoga to remain fit and improve concentration.
