Educational Development Day Celebration

Aim: To mark Karmaveerar Kamarajar’s birth anniversary and educate children about the leader’s achievements.

The celebration commenced at 9:00 AM in the school Golden Jubilee Hall, attended by students and teachers from Grades 3-5. Ms. Hasini and Ms. Jeethika of Grade 9 welcomed the gathering. The choir group performed a song that invoked a deep appreciation for Shri Kamarajar. Following this, our students presented vibrant cultural programs and delivered heartfelt speeches. The event concluded with a vote of thanks.

Various competitions were held for students from Grades 1 to 12. These included Fancy Dress, Thirukkural Recitation, Singing Contests, Elocution, and Essay writing. Students participated enthusiastically, finding the events beneficial for their reading comprehension, grammar, and Tamil memorization skills. It was a joyous and respectful day, honouring our esteemed leader.

The day was filled with knowledge and enriching experiences for students from Grades 1 to 12. It served as a reminder to celebrate “Educational Development Day” in recognition of Shri Kamarajar’s significant contributions to the field of education.
