World Environment Day 2026

Inspired by Nature – HIS Padur Celebrates World Environment Day 2026

Hindustan International School, Padur, celebrated World Environment Day on 5 June 2026 with the theme “Inspired by Nature, for Climate, for Future.”

Students from Grades 1–12 participated in creative, eco-friendly activities including shoe-box vertical gardens, paper bag making, nature treasure hunts, eco quizzes, and impactful TED-style talks. A special highlight was seed ball making, encouraging biodiversity and greenery.

The celebration also featured a special assembly with speeches, pledges, and presentations, while teachers led a plantation drive dressed in green to spread eco-awareness.The activities not only educated students about environmental issues but also inspired them to take practical steps toward a sustainable future. The event was a great success, fostering awareness, responsibility, and a deep respect for nature among all participants.

The day concluded with the inspiring message: “Together, let’s heal our planet for a better tomorrow.”
